xbot provides a way for you to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of our platform and services. This process supports your erasure rights under LGPD and GDPR, and requirements from platforms that connect user accounts to our product.
How to request deletion
- Go to the contact page on this website and send a message stating that you want your data deleted.
- Clearly mark your request as a data deletion request (for example, include "Data deletion request" in the subject or body of the message).
- Whenever possible, include the email address or account identifier linked to your xbot data so we can locate your records faster.
What may be deleted
After we verify your identity and the scope of the request, we may delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account and platform use, subject to legal exceptions (such as accounting obligations or court orders) and minimum retention periods required by law.
Response time
We will respond within the applicable timeframe (typically up to 15 business days for an initial acknowledgment, with completion depending on complexity and applicable law). You will receive email confirmation when the request is registered and when it is completed, unless technical or legal constraints prevent this.
